When a graphic overlay fails in the field, it isn't the print that gets blamed — it's your product. That's why we build to registration tolerances of ±0.1mm and hold them across every run, first article to final delivery.

We are Underwriters Laboratories approved for the manufacture of reverse-printed polycarbonate graphic overlays. The ink sits behind the substrate, sealed against abrasion, solvents and UV, so the legend on a panel we printed for you in year one still reads cleanly in year ten.

What makes us different from a print house

Most overlay suppliers print, then send the panel out for machining and the finish out to a third party. Every handoff is a tolerance stack-up, a colour drift and a delay you carry.

 

We don't hand off. Screen print, pad print, laser cutting, laser engraving, CNC machining, bending, powder coating and cable assembly all sit under the same roof and the same ISO 9001 quality system. One purchase order, one supplier, one point of accountability.

Materials and processes

We print onto polycarbonate, polyester, PVC, acrylic, aluminium, stainless steel and painted or powder-coated substrates. Ink systems are selected for the environment the part lives in — chemical resistance, abrasion, temperature cycling or outdoor UV — not for what's on the press that day.

 

Finishes available: gloss, matt, anti-glare, textured, selective texture and hard coat.

Adhesives: 3M 467/468 standard, 300LSE for low surface energy, plus specialist and antimicrobial options on request.
