Fabrication & Enigneer Lead

Are you an engineer with at least a five or more years experience in fabricating and engineering. We are looking for someone with experience working with fibre lasers, CNC and break presses that can help deliver a wide range of products for our customer.

Carry out sheet metal assembly work
MIG/TIG welding when needed, and broader sheet metal fabrication (desirable - not essential):
Flexibile to cover other Production assembly roles if required.
Proficient in operating press brake machines.
Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments.
Basic mathematical skills for measuring, calculating angles, and dimensions.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines to ensure proper functioning.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Be detailed orientated to meet exacting quality requirements.

Screen Printer

We have been producing products that rely on screen printing processes in small and large batches to very exascting standards. We require someone with an eye for details and exceptional quality to work within our screen printing team.

You must have three or more years experience, able to produce screens from drawings/artworks, setup and print using hand bench systems.

Sign Assembly & Fitter

You'll need to be hands-on from weeding vinyl excess, manufacturing the signs and site fitting.

Vinyl application to various substrates. (Not essential but is an advantage)
Laminating Digital Prints
applying vehicle graphics (Wrapping experience not essential but is an advantage)
Sign installation
General Sign assembly i.e. Dibond signs, post signs etc.
Speaking and liaising with customers.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 years sign making experience
Good practical skills
Maths skills for measurement and calculations
Good spelling and grammar
Be reliable, clean driving licence,
An understanding of Health & Safety and be able to work using their own initiative.
