We manufacture bespoke cable assemblies and wiring harnesses to customer specification — from one-off prototypes to batch runs of several thousand units. We build to your schematic and wire list, with material traceability and test records on every assembly.

We don't draw wire or manufacture superconductor. What we do is turn your specified conductors, connectors and terminations into a finished, tested assembly - repeatably, and to the tolerances your application demands.

How we work

• Build to print. We manufacture strictly to your schematic, wire list and drawing. Where a specification is incomplete or ambiguous, we flag it before we cut copper.

• Traceability. Conductors, connectors and terminations sourced against your approved parts list, with certificates retained.

• Test and inspection. Continuity and point-to-point verification on every assembly. 

• ISO 9001 certified since 1995.

• A dedicated production manager oversees materials and process control across every run.
