A Screen printing and signage company is bucking the recesion with a burgeoning order boock. And further boosting Quedgely based Hanman SPLiTs year is the recent completion of a series of major contracts.
Company Director Phil Hanman, who is also President of the Gloucester Chamber of Trade and Comerce, said: “So far business has been very good for us over the past few months when so many other firms seem to be feeling the pinch. I do believe there is business out there but you have to dig deep to find it.”
Recent major signage by Hanman SPLiT which can bee seen around Gloucester includes the exterior of Downton Group Distribution Centre at Moreton Valance and the recently opened Jollyes Petfood Superstore on Westgate Island.
“The Downton Distribution Centre signage consists of large illuminated fabricated letters with stove paint finish provided by Hanman Surface Technology and put in place by our own experts team of sign fitters,” said Phil. “The Jollyes sign was made at our factory here and installed complete at the site.”
Downton financial director; Richard Downton said: “Like Hanman SPLiT, we are also a family company and appreciate that special touch of personal service they give. We were also impressed by the sheer quality of the product and the company’s ability to deliver on time and within budget. We have been working with Hanman SPLiT for about 15 years now and they are responsible for the livery on our vehicles”.
